Terms of Service

01 — Agreement

These Terms govern use of the AstraShip platform operated by AstraShip ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you represent authority to bind it.

02 — The Service

Cloud TMS, AI agent orchestration, carrier integrations, control tower, and related tools. Features vary by plan. We may modify features with reasonable notice where material.

03 — Accounts

• Accurate registration and secure credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend for breach, non-payment, or security risk.
• Enterprise: SSO/SCIM per your agreement.

04 — Customer data

You own Customer Data. You grant us a licence to process it to provide the Service per our Privacy Policy. You obtain required consents for shipment, driver, and end-customer data.

05 — AI agents

Agents may act within guardrails you configure. You set thresholds and approvals. Agents use RBAC and audit logs; you remain responsible for outcomes. We do not guarantee specific operational results.

06 — Acceptable use

No unlawful use, reverse engineering (except as law allows), malware, abuse, competing model training on our systems, or misrepresented compliance data.

Fees per order form. Confidentiality. We own IP in the Service. Service "AS IS" with disclaimers to the extent permitted. Liability capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months. You indemnify us for claims from your data or breach. Termination per order form. Governing law: India; Hyderabad courts. Material changes with notice.
